The Stooge-itive

In 1947 a little-known Three Stooges one-reeler told the story of Dr. Larry Kimble, an innocent if bumbling physician, falsely convicted of the murder of high-society dowager Helen Van der Biddy. En route to the death house, he manages to escape from the custody of police Lieutenant Curly Gerard by spraying him in the face with a seltzer bottle in the dining car of the train they are riding on. Then he sets off to find a one-armed Moe who he saw being a wise guy at the scene of the crime.
